Sally is Founder and Director of her own company, Bonneywell Development Ltd, which specialises in providing coaching, consulting and supervision services. Sally is a highly experienced and sought after coach to senior executives and high level teams. She also consults to organisations on how to use coaching to address strategic business issues. Until October 2017 she was the VP of Coaching at GlaxoSmithKline where she founded the Coaching Centre of Excellence in 2010. In that capacity she headed up coaching across GSK and she was responsible for building internal coaching capability, managing the quality and use of internal and external executive coaches and evaluating the impact of coaching. GSK were the 2016 winners of the ICF Global Prism Award, and Sally won the Internal Coaching person of the Year Award from Coaching at Work.
Sally is a founding member of the Coaching Sponsors Forum which focuses on how to bring about systemic change in the governance and professionalism of the Coaching industry. She frequently speaks at conferences internationally covering areas such as setting up internal coaching including evaluation and measurement, selecting excellent executive coaches, and the future of the coaching industry.
She holds a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring as well as an MBA, a degree in Psychology and Anthropology, the NTL Certificate in Organisation Development and she is accredited with the ICF to PCC level.
