Aleksandar Hangimana has started his career in ManpowerGroup in sales sector in 2012. Soon after he has been recognized as the company’s leader, which is something he has been doing with great success to this day from the position of executive director. The ManpowerGroup had only 4 employees back in 2012. Today this company is one of the fastest-growing companies in its field, with more than 70 employees and 3000 employees appointed at their clients. The vision that Aleksandar follows is for the company to become a leader in developing and providing innovative HR solutions and services. In December 2016, at the Serbian Association of Managers Annual Awards event, Aleksandar received The Young Manager of the Year award.
